Employers’ Confederation Concordia calls for offers for the national research on perceptions of quality jobs carried out within the EU-funded project „Enabling Quality Employment through Inclusive Social Dialogue in CEE – GoodWorks4ALL”.
The project is implemented by representative employers’ organisations and trade unions from Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary and aims to strengthen the capacity of social partners to contribute to the development and implementation of the European Commission’s Quality Jobs Roadmap. The project focuses on fair working conditions, digitalisation, fair transitions and inclusive growth, while supporting stronger evidence-based social dialogue at national and EU level.
The selected provider will be responsible for two components. First, conducting the national research in Romania: desk research, a survey of at least 200 employees and employers across a minimum of five economic sectors, at least 12 semi-structured interviews with employers, at least 3 focus groups with employees, and the resulting national report on quality jobs. Second, acting as methodological lead of the transnational research consortium: designing the common research instruments applied in all three countries, coordinating their harmonised use by the research teams contracted in Bulgaria and Hungary, and drafting the regional comparative report. The two components are contracted together and cannot be split between different providers.
Full applications must be submitted by 1 October 2026 to office@confederatia-concordia.ro, including:
- a portfolio of relevant research projects, including at least two projects of similar budget and scope.
- a technical proposal setting out the research methodology, sample structure and analysis plan.
- a description of the research team and the CVs of its members.
- a proposed timeline.
- a financial offer.
Budget: 35.000 Euro, all taxes included.
